Thursday, December 21, 2006 11:24 PM Oh gosh. I felt a bit itchy yesterday night. And I thought it was just because of the humidity. But NO! To my horror this morning, my forehead, my elbows, my knee caps, my scalp and some other parts of my body, showed 'mosquito bites', as big as 20 cents coin! Oh Gosh! I was so scared la! Like suddenly this kinda rash hooked onto me, which I don't get usually. So my auntie said it's just dirt la, asked me to go shower. So I did. And I maxed up the heater and stood under the shower head for like 20 minutes? Hoping that the germs and the itchy thingie will go away. Okay, funny thoughts ran through my head. Haha! I thought I was contracted with AIDS! Wahahahhaha! Singaporeans are not only kiasu, kiasi also! LOL! So yeah. I got outta shower, the rashes were more prominent. Then under the sunlight, my auntie scruntinised and concluded that I got this DUNNOE WHAT thing la. Basically I got that cause of the recent late showers and I'm too liang. Yeah, opposite of heaty. So now I can't take tea and things that are considered cooling for body. Shite! I miss BBT! Sigh.... And now I'm still itchy-ing away!! Ahhhhhh.....!!! It's like chicken pox feeling!! Hope it wun spread to awkward areas like armpits and private parts. GOSH! =X Hmmm. Today I went Bugis to look for that area with a lot of So yea, I walked and walked. Nothing much there to get for my dad and andre. So yeah, just when I was about to leave, I bought an ice-cream. Almost immediately, it started to pour! Like heavy can! Lucky I got umbrella! Hahahaha! Yeah, then as I was walking out, something caught my eye! And I just bought it. Oh go there on a raining day! Things are much cheaper! Haha! Yes and of course you will need to be prettay like me laaaaa. Hahahaha! Then just beside that stall, I got another 2 things. Yeah!! But dunno if Andre and my dad will like. Haha. Hmmm. Both of them love this kinda places. Yea, my dad's kinda those into antiques, crystals and stuff. I just don't see the similarity between my mum and dad. Haha! So different! What can be so satisfactory at this hour than a huge bowl of hot soup in front of you to stop the growling of your stomach?! Nothing! Poor Edwin, who is still hungry after eating his cheeseless pizza. So funny, I tell you. He took his pizza out of the oven, then placed them onto the plate. And then don't know what happened, his pizza fell flat onto the floor! Hahaha! And the cheese is like stuck to the floor? Wahahaha! Poor hungry Edwin! Oh, I don't know what have got into me, I've been feeling hungry almost every night! And I had just made myself a soup! With cabbage, carrots and tomato! Erm... although the soup tasted a teeny weeny bits weird with dark sauce, it still fills my stomach la! Oh! The taste somehow reminds me of my stay with Wanting, where we had to cook our own meals! I got into Catholic Junior College with my raw prelim score of 16. And yet Jacintha got into Meridian JC with a raw score of 15!!! Idiot! Bloody shit! But then again, should I just stick to CJC? Or should I appeal for MJ? Yea, cause I don't wanna to be tied down by netball, as it is the only way to get me to MJ. Should I try somewhere new? Somewhere foreign? Yea, at least I know that Gordon's going CJ also. =) But he's appealing too la, to SA. Aiyea... sigh. Tuesday, December 12, 2006 3:17 PM Woo! Thanks to J.C.'s recommendation, I made my way down to Hard Rock Cafe to apply for a part time job. But unfortunately, I am not of age yet, so they can't employ me. =( Well, I can say that the atmosphere was really tense? Erm. Cause it has a bar and stage for band performance and well, you can say that the environment there is rather er, complicated? Haha. Yeah. I've discovered that most of the jobs I've applied for have this requirement, that is to be at least 17 years old. Like Hard Rock, TCC, BnJ etc. What the hell?! I'm only 6 months away from 17! =((((((((((( Haha. Okays, then I met Andre later, at Cineleisure, he was late la, because he was enjoying some caramel topping (yes im drooling!) and super expensive cakes and chips! Nevertheless, I hanged around to find suitable Christmas presents. When he reached, we went to the Flea market. And we were like walking rounds and rounds and roundss... for Christmas presents! Wahahahah! And I had bought Taariq's one there!!! It's NOT some cheapo thing okay! It's a very.... intellecture thing. Haha. Shhh..... After that, we went Heeren. And Andre settled Edwin's and we settled part of Mel's present. Yay! Then Taariq met us and we went back to the Flea Market again! Wahahaha! And then we started to walk rounds and rounds and rounds and rounds.... Wahahahah! Yupp, then we stayed a while for the rock band Electrico (for like 3 minutes?!). Wahahha! Yeah and we met Paul Twohill!!!! He's like right beside me?! Wahahahaha! But too bad, I don't idolise him. =/ Blah blahhhh... we went Food Republic to settle our dinner. And we met this super duper weird uncle, who wiped everything before he eats. And took his very own sweet time to eat and blow at his steaming noodles. Hurs! But the worse thing was, we were surrounded by weird people! Yeah, they were not locals and they spoke their own language, loud and funny. For the whole long stretch of tables, we were the minorities! So ironic! Haha, we went back to the Simei after dinner, wanted to hang around and play Daidee. But our Rabbit girl wasn't around! His phone was busy and thus couldnt be contacted because Yeah, we hanged at Starbucks, drinking Season Ice Lemon Tea and Vitasoy from Cheers. Hahahah! Yupp, we played Daidee till midnight! Before Cinderella(me) and her ugly sistas (them) went home! =D Wahahhahahhahahah! 2:43 PM Yeah! It's finally the finals of the Four Nation Games. It was held at Toa Payoh Sportshall last Saturday. Yupp, I went with renegades people after training. I couldn't wait to see the placing of 1st and 2nd place where Papua New Guinea and Singapore which I think would be a blast! So yea, Taariq and Edwin, whom were supposed to be there at 2pm for the first game (Scotland and Canada vying for 4rd and 4th place), were not there. They said they would probably be there for the 2nd game which they didn't also. Haha. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the game with my renegades friends. Haha! And Scotland was 3rd while Canada was 4th. Omg, there was this player from Scotland aged 37!! Can you believe it?! So yeah, Hector joined me for the 2nd game. And this was so damn interesting! There were P.N.G supporters too who booed at Singapore players! Hey! So sore losers can! But Singapore supporters didn't just sit there and do nothing. We cheered, and shouted "Defend defend!" when the P.N.G. players had the ball in their hands. Well, perhaps due to the noise, P.N.G. players seemed to lose their concentration and didn't play well. This got the P.N.G. players damn pissed at us. And they started to boo even louder and less friendly! Whatever? Yup, but the thing I admired the P.N.G. players was that they never give up and they can convert under pressure, unlike Singapore's players. Yup, and they were huge and strong and aggressive! Omg, you guys should watch that match! So interesting! And perhaps it was an once in a lifetime chance! Tsktsk! So, yeah, Singapore was actually behind them for the 1st and 2nd quarters. Then they caught up during the 3rd quarters. By the 4th quarters, Singapore was only leading by 5! So close! The game was so heartattackingly fast and entertaining! It got me screaming and shouting like a mad dog. If you don't believe, And there was this moment where P.N.G. caught up with Singapore and they were on par, during the last 6 minutes of the game! OMG...........!!! But nevertheless, they heard my cheers and Team Singapore eventually took the lead again and won the match by 5 goals. Phewwww............. It was truely a breathtaking game! Imagine... the packed stadium with 95% Singapore supporters cheering as one. It was so.. like heartwarming at the same time. And the whole hall was cheering together in unison. Yes, strangers from across Singapore. Awwww...... Hahahaha! Right. Kays. So Ashwini, Hector and me left earlier, not staying for the prize-giving and closing ceremony. On our way out, we met Edwin and Taariq. It was then, Ashwini told us, the super-embarassing-yet-gross-and-hilarious experience of one of my juniors. Oh gosh! I was laughing like some mad dog can!!! Wahahahahahhahhahaa! So we went BK then to Vivo City in search of my phone (as Edwin suggested). Hahahaha! No la. We went Vivo for the the Rose Bed (you will know if you've been there) and played daidee there till it rained. So yea, we headed back afterwhich. And Edwin. Thanks for the hit. Hurhur! This week, you guys were asked to take catalogue photoshot. As you all know that modelling is either catalogue or those edgy commercial shots. They are important as they give models recognition to everyone. You guys have also learnt tactics from Janice to pose in catalogue photoshots, and used them in this week's photoshot. Now, let's take a look at your best shot.

I've managed to get my You will probably laugh at us, saying that this job is such an easy feet. But, I warn you, it's NOT easy at all! Here are some of the cute shots of my helpers!
Alright. When we got the hang of painting, we were actually quite good at it. Hahahaha! Well, but we got all stained up! Especially our feet, you guys definitely need to prepare magazine slippers, rag and thinner!! A must to prevent stains around the house and a stain-free bodeh~! One funny incident acutally happened right at the start of the painting. As Andre was painting the main door, he was sitting right next to the gate. And then while the rest of us were busy doing other things, we heard a LOUD scream from him! Well, as well as a dog's bark! Wahahahah! For the dog was just a gate away from him, about 15cm? As he's afraid of dogs, that was really a huge shock for him! Blah blah, when we're finally done for the first layer, we called if off the day. Then, we had some difficulties washing off the stains on us. We tried everything, but none worked except the Clif soap which is actually for shiny and cleaner utensils, tables, sinks and appliances. In the end, Edwin and me gave up, and left for Bugis with artistic splashes of yellow paint on our feet and calves. So funny! I felt so dirty la! So yea, we went to Bugis and walked around, before we headed to Ikea Tampines by free shuttlebus. At first, we were doubting the existence of the free shuttlebus as we afraid that the logic of the blind follow the blind. This is also because there was no sign stating that the quene was for Ikea Tampines but Viva Tampines! What?! Viva in Tamp?! Well, some actually left the quene, which Andre named them as losers. Haha! But we were greater losers when we boarded the bus after 20 minutes of waiting, and laughing at them for leaving the quene! Wahahahaha! Yup. The first thing we did was to settle our growling stomach. I had poached salmon and meatballs! Omg!!! It's soooooo niceeeeeeee!!! And the quene was very long too! But it's worth the waiting la! Haha! After dinner, we followed the trails and walked around Ikea. And we did funny catalougue photoshots (much to the influence of America's Next Top Model). It was so funny! Cause the tactic of a GOOD catalougue photoshot is to laugh out loud at the cameraman. People at Ikea were giving us weird glances. But who cares? Wahahahhahahahha! Everyday, there will be something for me, too many events that I can't remember when it happened! Oh my god. This, happened one of the days, which I don't know when. Andre left us to meet his mum, and left the three of us, looking like beggars, savouring  This is where we sat. Err, near the staircase to MRT station. =X       12:26 PM Whenever I look back, I realised that it have been quite a while since this happened. And I can't believe that my uncertainty has been around for 2 years. Tell me, is this real or it is just a passing moment in my life? I can't make up my mind. I'm at lost of what I'm feeling. 12:43 AM ALright! It's finally DA DAY! Da Prom Night 2006! Everybody was so busy that day, er i meant the girls la, the guys were just shaking your legs at home and waiting for the evening to settle in. I was free though, in the morning, till late afternoon, then I met Hector to go for his hair cut. I received a call from Andre during Hector's hair cut. That call was so entertaining! He complained about someone and was asking me for help! Haha! Yeah.... someeee weird people la. Haha!!! After that we went to Paragon, where I had my make-up and hairdo done. The makeup artist complimented me you know! She said I should take care of my forehead, to remove the dead skin and stuff, and I could become a model! Awwwwwww....! And the hairdo guy was damn funny and nice to talk to! He said I looked mature (not old!) like pretty 18 that kinda thing! Haha! Anyway, soon, everybody started to flow in, there were like Eirene, Taariq, Andre and Prassie. Of course, Hector was with me all along, and Mel, who was at another shop, 2 doors away, doing her hairdo and make up too! Yupp! Everybody converge (like what dre said) and we took cabs down to Le Meridien Hotel! We were kinda late, but not too early too, and we managed to Soon, dinner started and the food was not that bad. Then, em-cee started to play games with the audience. The first game was called The Name Game or sth, and I was Well, I didn't manage to stay long enough in the game to become the first, but at least I wasn't the last! Haha! So yeah... But when I returned to my seat, the gang was laughing at me, said I sounded like a Tranny. And Andre spit out his drink back to his glass when he heard me speaking while drinking. He's so gross! =X After that, Taariq won a lucky draw! He's No. 17 and he won a MP3?! What the hell?! We were all so amazed! But amused when we knew that the MP3 was from Toy'R'us, a Barbie MP3 with 6 songs for selection! Wahahaha! Oh, then 3 guys and gals each were selected later for some Dance Competition, and Taariq won! It was hilarious. So funny that we were all shaking vigorious like some drug addicts! Damn funnnyy!!! Even Mdm Hafsah was dying of the laughter! Time past fast and it was time to choose Prom Queen and King, Pras, Mel and me were nominated. But eventually, through the eliminations, Mel was declared the Prom Queen and Shiva was the Prom King!!! Haha! The funniest thing was Prom King was given some horse stick thingie, which he can play at home! Hahahaha!!! Oh by the way, Taariq was my Prom date for the night!! =D Yupp~ Both of us won lucky draws too! I won $10 voucher for 77th Street. Is that a mockery? Blah Blah.... Yupp so we danced till 1am before we left the the hotel and walked down the Orchard Road. So we had some cam whoring on the way before Mel's dad came and picked us up for prata breakfast at Bugis area. Wahh.. after the dance, we were so hungry la! But Taariq felt sick, so we left immediately after eating and took cab back home. It costed us 21 bucks! So yeah.. I reached home at 5am? Yeah, but I didn't bring keys, so as I dun wanna disturb my family members to open the door for me, I sat outside the door till 6am. Catching some sleeping, perhaps like an hour or so? Yup, before I headed out again to meet Andre for the TP Rawks thingie. I love the rush. =D
