Tuesday, December 12, 2006 3:17 PM Woo! Thanks to J.C.'s recommendation, I made my way down to Hard Rock Cafe to apply for a part time job. But unfortunately, I am not of age yet, so they can't employ me. =( Well, I can say that the atmosphere was really tense? Erm. Cause it has a bar and stage for band performance and well, you can say that the environment there is rather er, complicated? Haha. Yeah. I've discovered that most of the jobs I've applied for have this requirement, that is to be at least 17 years old. Like Hard Rock, TCC, BnJ etc. What the hell?! I'm only 6 months away from 17! =((((((((((( Haha. Okays, then I met Andre later, at Cineleisure, he was late la, because he was enjoying some caramel topping (yes im drooling!) and super expensive cakes and chips! Nevertheless, I hanged around to find suitable Christmas presents. When he reached, we went to the Flea market. And we were like walking rounds and rounds and roundss... for Christmas presents! Wahahahah! And I had bought Taariq's one there!!! It's NOT some cheapo thing okay! It's a very.... intellecture thing. Haha. Shhh..... After that, we went Heeren. And Andre settled Edwin's and we settled part of Mel's present. Yay! Then Taariq met us and we went back to the Flea Market again! Wahahaha! And then we started to walk rounds and rounds and rounds and rounds.... Wahahahah! Yupp, then we stayed a while for the rock band Electrico (for like 3 minutes?!). Wahahha! Yeah and we met Paul Twohill!!!! He's like right beside me?! Wahahahaha! But too bad, I don't idolise him. =/ Blah blahhhh... we went Food Republic to settle our dinner. And we met this super duper weird uncle, who wiped everything before he eats. And took his very own sweet time to eat and blow at his steaming noodles. Hurs! But the worse thing was, we were surrounded by weird people! Yeah, they were not locals and they spoke their own language, loud and funny. For the whole long stretch of tables, we were the minorities! So ironic! Haha, we went back to the Simei after dinner, wanted to hang around and play Daidee. But our Rabbit girl wasn't around! His phone was busy and thus couldnt be contacted because Yeah, we hanged at Starbucks, drinking Season Ice Lemon Tea and Vitasoy from Cheers. Hahahah! Yupp, we played Daidee till midnight! Before Cinderella(me) and her ugly sistas (them) went home! =D Wahahhahahhahahah! |
