Wednesday, January 31, 2007 7:16 PM Yup. On my way home, I saw this really neon orange coloured sun. It's setting down. It was being eaten up by the horizon every second. I took a few seconds to enjoy it, while standing at the corridoors. I look around the flats, and I supposed I'm the only one watching. People must be saying. Sunset? It's setting everyday. If you can't catch it today, catch it tomorrow! And if tomorrow, you're still unable to, try the next other day! Anyway, it's always there. You'll have plenty of chances to watch it. Yes. But what if you only have today to watch it? A rather erm. Touching poem sent by Fan J. through email. Here it goes: SLOW DANCE Have you ever watched kids On a merry-go-round? Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last. When you run so fast to get somewhere You miss half the fun of getting there. When you worry and hurry through your day, It is like an unopened gift.... Thrown away. Life is not a race. Do take it slower Hear the music Before the song is over. This poem was written by a terminally ill young girl in a New York Hospital. Well, I'm not too sure about the credibility, but anyway. Yeah, enjoy it. Enjoy life. =) |
