Tuesday, March 13, 2007 12:31 AM Well I guess, be it any relationships, from family to love to friends, mutual's effort is very essential to keep it going. If one half kept trying to keep up with the other half, whereas the other half is not putting in any effort, this relationship is not going anywhere. On the other hand, if both parties decided to contribute with all they have, I believe, even a 20 year old relationship would be still going on well. Isn't it just like watering your plants? You need the plants to absorb and the water to provide essential minerals. And if the plants don't take in any water, no matter how much you water, it would still be useless, the plants will eventually die, and the water will evaporate. Same thing will happen if there is not enough water, the plants will die as well. Hence, there's this saying, it takes two hands to clap. I'm trying to keep up here, can you slow down for me?  Well, I guess I'm really sleep talking. So much rubbish at 12:22am. Lol. Are you sleeping already? |
